The customer may request to cancel the order before processing, manufacturing, or shipping begins.
If the order has not yet been processed, the amount will be refunded using the same payment method or any available method provided by the store.
Any actual non-refundable fees paid to the payment gateway or shipping company, if applicable, may be deducted.
3.2. Cancellation of Customized Products
Customized or made-to-order products based on the customer’s choices cannot be cancelled after production has started or after the required materials have been purchased.
In the event of an exceptional cancellation approval, the store has the right to deduct the cost of materials or any completed stages of work.
3.3. Refund Processing Time
Refund requests are processed after the return request is approved, the product is received, and its condition is inspected.
The time required for the refunded amount to appear in the customer’s account may vary depending on the payment method, bank, or payment service provider.
The refund will be issued to the same payment method used whenever possible, unless another method is agreed upon with the customer.
