Hayz relies on clear and secure payment methods to confirm orders and minimize any confusion during the purchasing process.

4.1. Available Payment Methods

  • Online payment through an approved payment gateway such as Paymob when activated on the website.
  • Bank transfer for high-value orders, especially orders exceeding EGP 100,000 or as determined by the Hayz team.
  • Payment via InstaPay when available and after using the official transfer details provided by the store.
  • Installment systems may be activated in the future, and their terms will be clearly displayed on the website once available.

4.2. Order Confirmation

  • An order is not considered confirmed until the payment is completed, or the required deposit is paid, and confirmation is received from the Hayz team.
  • In the case of bank transfer or InstaPay, proof of transfer must be sent to customer service for review and order confirmation.
  • The store has the right to suspend or cancel any order whose payment is not completed within the period specified in the confirmation message.

4.3. Prices & Taxes

  • Prices displayed on the website are subject to change based on changes in material costs, shipping costs, or promotional offers.
  • Any shipping, installation, or additional service fees will be clearly communicated to the customer before completing the order when needed.
  • If any taxes, government fees, or payment gateway charges apply, they will be handled according to the applicable system at the time of purchase.
