Cancellation & Refund Policy

3.1. Order Cancellation Before Processing

  • The customer may request to cancel the order before processing, manufacturing, or shipping begins.
  • If the order has not yet been processed, the amount will be refunded using the same payment method or any available method provided by the store.
  • Any actual non-refundable fees paid to the payment gateway or shipping company, if applicable, may be deducted.

3.2. Cancellation of Customized Products

  • Customized or made-to-order products based on the customer’s choices cannot be cancelled after production has started or after the required materials have been purchased.
  • In the event of an exceptional cancellation approval, the store has the right to deduct the cost of materials or any completed stages of work.

3.3. Refund Processing Time

  • Refund requests are processed after the return request is approved, the product is received, and its condition is inspected.
  • The time required for the refunded amount to appear in the customer’s account may vary depending on the payment method, bank, or payment service provider.
  • The refund will be issued to the same payment method used whenever possible, unless another method is agreed upon with the customer.
