  • The defect may be handled through repair, replacement of the damaged part, or replacement of the product when necessary.

5.2. What the Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Damage caused by misuse, overloading, improper transportation, or disassembly and installation by an unauthorized party.
  • Direct exposure to water, high humidity, extreme heat, or sunlight for long periods.
  • Scratches, stains, or color changes resulting from daily use or unsuitable cleaning methods.
  • Natural variations in wood, fabric, or color, as long as they remain within the normal acceptable limits of the product.

5.3. Color and Size Variations

  • The color shade may differ slightly between the images displayed on the website and the actual product due to lighting or differences in display screens.
  • Slight size variations may occur due to the nature of handmade production or materials, and they are considered acceptable as long as they do not affect usage.
  • The customer is responsible for reviewing the dimensions shown on the product page before purchase and ensuring they are suitable for the intended space.
